Raegan Sproul is a young woman beginning her career in business by building a company centered on service, reliability, hospitality, and helping successful people protect their time. Hand & Home is not a side project. It is the business she intends to build her career around.

She started Hand & Home after seeing how much time business owners, professionals, families, homeowners, and property investors spend managing details that sit entirely outside their real work. Capable people, running out of hours, handling grocery runs and vendor calls between meetings.

Hand & Home was created to become an extra set of capable hands for those clients: one trusted contact who learns the household, anticipates what is coming, and closes the loop without being asked twice.

Raegan is building Hand & Home around long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions. That means professionalism in how we communicate, discretion in your home, consistency in how the work is done, and honesty when something falls outside what we should be handling.

We are local to Milton, we work with a network of vendors we would use in our own homes, and we are glad to provide references from the clients we serve.
